Qualifications

• Experience in a supply chain, procurement, or operations environment.
• Familiarity with purchase order processes and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Raise and manage purchase orders using ERP / SAP systems.
• Manage external supplier order books to ensure on-time delivery.
• Act as a key point of contact for suppliers, managing communication.
• Handle account and invoice queries in collaboration with finance teams.
• Provide regular updates to internal customers on order status.
• Support and coordinate supplier visits when required.
• Work independently while collaborating with the supply team.

Skills

Experience using ERP systems, ideally SAP

Ability to manage supplier relationships and internal stakeholders

Strong organisational and communication skills

Proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work unsupervised

Education
