A supportive and inclusive culture is offered, prioritizing personal and professional development.
At Alexander Dennis, our vision is to lead the evolution of sustainable on-road mass transportation and mobility. Every role contributes to that mission, whether you’re engineering, driving sales, improving production, or supporting our customers.
As Group Supplier Quality Engineer, you’ll lead supplier concern investigations, manage supplier meetings, and validate supplier parts to ensure quality standards are met. You’ll qualify new suppliers, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply base. You’ll be a key player in crisis management, supporting in-service and in-factory quality incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
You’ll also support reliability investigations, prepare performance data for supplier reviews, and lead RCCA and 8D activities. Your role will be instrumental in improving supplier process capability and ensuring consistent quality across all supplied components.
We’re looking for a quality-focused engineer with experience in QA auditing within an automotive environment. You’ll have a strong understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and supplier quality tools such as SPC, RCCA, PPAP, 8D, 5S, and FMEA. You’ll bring excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, along with the ability to write clear and concise reports.
