We are looking for staff who can fill key roles in complex geotechnical projects with minimal supervision, develop their experience and support the wider AtkinsRéalis practice as we develop our team.* The successful candidates will be expected to hold a key role in our Geotechnical and Numerical Modelling Technical Discipline teams. These form the core of our technical capability, ensuring that AtkinsRéalis continues to push the envelope of our geotechnical design and modelling as clients continually demand more from us.## About you* A good academic background with a engineering degree and ideally an MSc or PhD in a subject.* Experience in performing numerical modelling with advanced numerical modelling software (e.g., FLAC / FLAC3D, PLAXIS 2D / 3D etc.) and analyzing results.* Experience in validation of geotechnical numerical analysis and numerical model calibration.* Experience in the process of geotechnical numerical analysis within an interdisciplinary project environment.A desire to drive digital innovation and further AtkinsRéalis’ capability in advanced geotechnical analysis and design.* Excellent communication skills and confidence to liaise with clients and engineers from other disciplines.
