A leading healthcare provider is looking for a Healthcare Assistant in Brixton. This full-time role (37.5 hours/week) involves supporting nursing staff and delivering high-quality patient care. Applicants should hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care and possess good communication skills. The role offers flexible shifts, opportunities for career development, and a supportive work environment. A full, clean driver's license is required, and ophthalmology experience is preferred.

If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant with a passion for making the patient journey as comfortable as possible we have just the role for you.
Working as a Health Care Assistant at Practice Plus Group Ophthalmology, Rochdale you’ll provide support to the nursing staff and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of a high standard of care to patients in a safe and caring environment. This will involve working with our Ophthalmic Nurses in outpatients and theatre.
Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding.
This role is for 37.5 hours per week.
Applicants would need a full and clean drivers licence as some travel to mobile units may require and ophthalmology experience would be preferred but is not essential.
