Qualifications

• Strong experience in Building Services Engineering is essential.
• Demonstrated understanding of statutory compliance in HVAC and Water Treatment.
• Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely qualification or similar is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day servicing of electrical infrastructure.
• Conduct planned maintenance and respond to faults.
• Execute fault finding and plant adjustments according to contract specifications.
