Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of working in a customer service environment.
• Demonstrable experience in the use of computerised works systems, including e-learning, email, and/or other similar software products.
• Demonstrable experience working in clinical or other direct customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the provision of the Medical Equipment Library service.
• Ensure Medical Equipment Library facilities are kept well-ordered.
• Deliver and collect equipment to and from ward areas.
• Report any health and safety issues to the Team Leader.
