A leading construction and facilities management company is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their on-site Commercial Team for a high-profile MoD contract near Watford. This full-time role involves ensuring strong financial performance and overseeing the financial delivery of projects. One of our key contracts is a high-profile, integrated Hard, Soft and Technical FM service for the Ministry of Defence (MoD), based near Watford. Due to continued demand, we are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our on-site Commercial Team.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial and financial delivery of the contract, working within a fast-paced and operationally critical environment. Based onsite - full-time - You will collaborate closely with the Commercial Manager to ensure strong financial performance in line with business plans and forecasts.

This role requires a minimum level of security clearance and may also require a higher level of National Security Vetting. You should be aware that certain levels of clearance or specific projects and/or sites have UK residency requirements; and any dual or multiple nationalities must be declared. Any persons who do not fulfil these residency requirements may be unable to obtain the required level of clearance and would not be eligible to undertake this role.
