A leading healthcare provider is seeking a warm and dedicated Unit Manager - Non-Clinical for their Droitwich Mews Care Home. In this role, you will support the care home management team to deliver high-quality care in a safe and inclusive environment. Your focus as a Unit Manager (Non-Clinical) will be to support the care home management team in delivering high-quality care with a difference by providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
