Qualifications

• Professional accountancy qualification, ideally ACA or international equivalent.
• Strong working experience in a similar field, ideally within a regulatory industry.
• Audit experience - would suit qualified chartered accountant looking for first step into Industry.
• Embraces continuous improvement and innovation.
• Acts consciously with a broader and longer-term perspective in mind.

Responsibilities

• Provide updated nuclear decommissioning forecasts for Budget and Business Plan.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting, ensuring proper CAPEX versus OPEX classification.
• Perform detailed variance analysis of project expenditure against budget.
• Assist with maintenance of control documentation and KAJ’s.
• Includes documentation of Key Accounting Judgements and corporate governance.
