Job summary

A leading European low-cost airline is seeking a Chief Cabin Crew to lead and manage Cabin Operations in Luton. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and efficiency of cabin operations, managing crew recruitment, and maintaining service standards. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience, preferably in a similar role, and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Fluency in English is required. Qualifications

• Min. 4-6+ years of overall experience in a similar position.
• Advantage: min. 1 Year as a Senior Cabin Attendant in Wizz Air or 3 years in Wizz Air with at least 6 months as a Senior Cabin Attendant.
• Detailed understanding of safety principles surrounding cabin operating processes and procedures.
• Understanding of the principles surrounding cabin crew rostering and fatigue management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Cabin Operations regarding structure and processes.
• Ensure provision of required number of Cabin Crew Members for flights.
• Maintain standards of safety and customer service by the Cabin Crew.
• Oversee recruitment processes to meet required headcount for Cabin Attendants.
