Job Role

• Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to the required standard and within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain cleaning equipment to ensure it remains safe, clean, and in good working order.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of the designated cleaning areas and required tasks.
• Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with training and Health & Safety guidelines.
• Work effectively within a team while also being able to use your own initiative when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Build positive and productive relationships with customers and colleagues.
