Location

We are looking for committed EYFS Practitioners/Educators in Ashington and surrounding areas to complement our team of educators.

Responsibilities
  • Support children to learn, develop, stay healthy and safe.
  • Promote teaching and learning to help children thrive and provide a foundation for future progress through school and life.
  • Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children.
  • Plan and implement age‑appropriate activities in conjunction with other staff.
  • Regularly evaluate children’s development and keep records as appropriate.
  • Liaise with parents/carers when directed by a school’s class teacher.
  • Uphold the Ripple Education ethos and safeguarding requirements, ensuring children are supervised at all times.
  • Contribute to raising standards of achievement for all pupils.
Qualifications
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Minimum of 2 references.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
  • Hold a qualification that meets the approved ‘full and relevant’ Early Years criteria and staffing ratios.
