A dynamic technology company located in Salford is looking for a Faults Scheduling Co-ordinator on a 12-month contract. This role is office-based and full-time, requiring excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle scheduling of installations and service calls efficiently. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in a similar planning or scheduling role and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. This customer facing service position handles the scheduling of engineers to install new kits and fix service faults, both of which are essential to our operations department functioning in a highly efficient way. We are looking for a highly organised, confident, self-starter who is a good listener and has a logical and problem-solving mind to ensure our customers and stakeholders feel we are offering them the best possible service and that any issues and concerns are resolved professionally and in a timely fashion.
We would love to welcome you to our Salford office, working hours of Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week.
