Job summary

A leading food service provider in Greater London is seeking a UK-qualified Legal Counsel to support business operations. The role involves drafting and negotiating supply chain contracts, offering legal advice across various business units, and managing compliance issues. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of PQE, and experience in advising on commercial contracts is preferred. The position offers some remote work flexibility, with weekly travel to London. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support to acquired businesses.
