A growing financial services company is seeking a Finance Manager to manage accounts and lead a team. This role involves managing accounts, overseeing cash flow, and working with operational management to develop KPIs. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pull together the management accounts pack including full P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
• Support the month-end close, ensuring accurate recording of accounting transactions.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting using detailed Excel models.
• Analyse trading performance for each division, including margins and costs.
• Work with operational management to develop KPIs.
• Oversee sales and purchase ledger staff, credit control, and daily cash management.
• Produce quarterly VAT returns and review payroll and HMRC matters.
• Support the FD in dealings with auditors and banks.

This growing company supplies products and services to a global customer base. A recognised market leader with strong brand recognition, they are currently experiencing year on year growth and fast approaching £60m turnover. Privately owned and boasting a strong balance sheet with healthy profits, they are consistently performing across all four divisions whilst also investing heavily in new systems and product development.

Responsibilities

• Work with operational management teams to develop KPIs

• Produce quarterly VAT returns, review SAGE payroll and HMRC matters
• Support the FD when dealing with auditors and banks
