The Opportunity

We are looking for an Educational Coordinator to lead the delivery of T Level industry placements and wider educational engagement across our projects.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and manage T Level placements, liaising with colleges, training providers, students, and project teams.
  • Coordinate site visits, work experience, careers talks, and other educational engagement activities.
  • Ensure placements and programmes are safe, structured, and compliant with safeguarding, H&S, and curriculum requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and industry partners to deliver high-quality experiences.
  • Monitor and report on outcomes, support social value/ESG targets, and share best practice across regions.

What we will need from you

  • Experience of coordinating work placements, apprenticeships, or education programmes.
  • Knowledge of T Level structure, industry placement requirements, and FE/HE engagement.
  • Strong organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance in an educational setting.
  • Commitment to social value, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly across the UK.
