A leading mental health services provider in the UK is seeking an SMHS Clinical Lead to oversee their Secondary Mental Health Service. This role involves managing clinical teams and maintaining high standards of care, ensuring effective service delivery in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Secondary Mental Health Services and possess strong clinical decision-making skills. You will also manage performance and risk assessment, contributing to audits and policy development, while being part of an evolving team focused on employee wellbeing.

As our SMHS Clinical Lead, you will take full ownership of the Secondary Mental Health Service within our EAP. You will lead, shape, and continuously improve the SMHS pathway, ensuring high‑quality, evidence‑based, and compassionate care for clients. Alongside strategic leadership, you will manage and develop Clinical Case Managers, maintain robust clinical governance, and hold oversight of risk, safeguarding, and service outcomes.
