• Proven experience in a supervisory role within food manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety requirements.
• Familiarity with BRCGS or equivalent quality standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate despatch operatives.
• Ensure adherence to HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and BRCGS standards.
• Monitor and manage stock movements and implement FIFO stock rotation.
• Complete despatch paperwork and maintain records.
