• Experience in managing others and good leadership / people management skills.
• Groundworks and Civils knowledge/experience is a must.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing projects from pre-start through to completion.
• Production of programme of works for projects.
• Issuing, checking and chasing drawings and details sent for approval.
