Experience with security tools (e.g., Burp, Nessus)

Knowledge of open security audit standards (OWASP, ATT@CK)

Passion for IT and IT security

Experience with scripting languages

Experience with vulnerabilities in web applications and API interfaces

Education

Certifications such as OSCP, CSTM, CSTL, CREST-CRT
