Apprentice Civil Design Engineer 2026
Location: Grangemouth, Scotland

What could your day look like?

As an Apprentice Civil Design Engineer you will be an important member of the Engineering Design Team. You are our next generation of talent, bringing fresh ideas and new approaches to our already established and successful business. We will mentor and develop you to help you reach your full potential.

You will be assisting in all activities associated with the production of Civils Design in compliance with the Business Management Systems (BMS) and CDM regulations.

You will assist with the wider general Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation (PMEICA) and Civils design production activities, providing technical assistance to the supply chain procurement activities and supporting site activities as required.

You will also assist with the management of Consultants and Sub-contractor's design production.

As part of the apprenticeship programme you will be expected to work in and around the location advertised, with the possibility of expanding travel to other projects and locations in the future. This may include staying away from home.

What are we looking for?

To qualify for the apprenticeship study requirements, you must have eligibility to live and work in the UK without restriction and achieve the minimum entry requirements to enrol onto an apprenticeship course related to the role you are applying for.
