  • Maintain a strong floor presence during service, actively engaging with guests, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and immersive dining experience.
  • Oversee service standards and team performance, ensuring consistency in guest interactions, food and beverage presentation, and overall atmosphere.
  • Support in planning and executing service briefings, ensuring the team is well-prepared and aligned with daily operations, specials, and upcoming events.
  • Manage reservations and table allocations, ensuring efficient guest flow and maximising revenue through strategic seating arrangements.
  • Ensure operational readiness before each service, overseeing setup, staff assignments, and restaurant ambience to meet brand standards.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams, ensuring seamless communication between departments for a smooth and efficient service.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, liaising with the bar and kitchen teams to prevent shortages and optimise costs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue, from personal recommendations to service activations and curated experiences.
  • Assist in managing budgets and financial targets, ensuring cost efficiency across wages, wastage, and operational expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, upholding the highest levels of cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring quick resolution and continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, membership and events teams to support activations, private dining experiences, and exclusive member events.

  • Strong team support skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and contribute to the development of a high-performing team
  • Commercially savvy, with an understanding of cost control, revenue management, and a proactive approach to profitability within a restaurant environment.
  • Passionate about hospitality and service excellence, with a drive to create truly memorable guest experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, with an appreciation for wine, cocktails, and culinary trends.
  • Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and peak service times, in line with the operational needs of the business.
