We are seeking a SHE Advisor to join our Southern team. The successful candidate will promote a culture where safety, health, and environmental considerations are integrated into daily processes. They will actively engage with all levels of management on SH&E issues throughout the construction process. This role involves working across multiple sites; therefore, a valid driving license and willingness to travel are required.
Applicants should have previous experience in an SH&E role, with knowledge of the construction or house building industry. Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, computer literacy, and an enthusiastic, determined attitude are essential. The candidate should have a proven track record of influencing and promoting SH&E best practices and fostering a proactive SH&E culture within a multi-site organization, aligned with our “work safe, home safe” ethos.
Preference will be given to candidates holding the NEBOSH Construction/General certificate. At minimum, candidates should be willing to work towards obtaining a NEBOSH qualification and should hold IOSH membership.
