Warwick Schools Foundation is seeking to appoint an Economics teacher for September 2026. The post will be attractive to someone experienced or new to the profession. We have extensive support for graduates new to the profession as well as early career teachers. It could also be an opportunity for a more experienced teacher to join a large and established team, enjoying the benefits of a dynamic and collaborative workplace.
The AQA specifications are followed for A Level Economics and A Level Business respectively, and we teach a global perspective course to Year 10 pupils. Demand for both subjects is consistently strong with approximately 95 boys in each year group opting to do these two subjects.
In 2025, results were 82% A* to B at A level in Economics and 48% A* to B in Business. Many of our pupils go on to Russell Group universities to study Economics and Business with some Oxbridge success in recent years.
