Qualifications

• Proven track record in supplier inspections and audit processes.
• Ability to travel to multiple site locations to carry out inspections.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage QA documentation for naval HVAC and fire systems.
• Conduct supplier inspections across Europe.
• Lead 8D Root Cause Analysis and drive CAPA initiatives.
• Support internal and external audits, including MOD and client reviews.
• Maintain quality metrics and contribute to continuous improvement.

Skills

Experience in naval, defence, or marine engineering quality assurance

Knowledge of HVAC and fire safety systems

Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AQAP standards

Proficiency in 8D problem-solving methodology

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement

Education

Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
