Qualifications

• Eligible to register or already registered as a Registered Manager with RQIA.
• Minimum of five years in a senior leadership or Registered Manager role within a regulated care environment.
• Experience delivering nurse-led, dementia, or complex care services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with Health and Social Care Trusts.
• Maintain compliance with RQIA and related regulatory standards.
• Recruit and supervise a new team of carers.
