Qualifications

• Valid class 5 provincial driver’s license from BC.
• Clean driver’s abstract.
• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in GPS applications and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries using a fully equipped van.
• Work with the online shopping team to resolve customer issues.
• Operate the delivery vehicle safely adhering to road rules.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle's cleanliness.

Skills

Customer service experience

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Proficiency in mobile technology

Education

Valid class 5 provincial driver’s license
