• Completed the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).

Responsibilities

• Hold a protected caseload with children and families facing challenges.
• Lead quality assurance and service improvement efforts.
• Provide reflective supervision to Newly Qualified Social Workers.
• Support and mentor Social Work students within the team.
