Salary: From £14.46 up to £15.96 per hour

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends (includes paid breaks)

Housekeeping Supervisor

We’re looking for a reliable and committed Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and become a valued part of day-to-day life in our home, Avon Reach in Christchurch, Dorset. You’ll play an essential role in leading a team of housekeeping professionals to make our homes feel like home, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all communal areas and residents’ rooms. You’ll help deliver a first-class service, taking pride in your contribution to the health and wellbeing of our residents, who are at the heart of all we do.

You’ll manage your allocation, preparing staff rotas, and checking and ordering stock. Your customer service skills will be invaluable in daily contact with residents, relatives and guests.

You’re a team player and motivator with an enthusiasm for what you do and a can‑do attitude. You’ll have a genuine passion for maintaining an exceptional living environment for residents, with an eye for detail and a sense of fun. You’re an effective communicator who is friendly, kind, honest and reassuring. You’ll have previous experience at a similar level, or you’re looking to take the next step up and advance your career.
