We are recruiting Bank Support Workers to join our flexible workforce supporting individuals with mental health conditions, autism, and epilepsy across services in Preston and Lytham.
This is a 0-hour (bank) contract, offering flexible working to suit your availability. Shifts will be offered based on service needs, making this role ideal for those seeking flexible hours, additional work alongside other commitments, or experience within health and social care.
You will provide person‑centred, compassionate support that promotes independence, safety, dignity, and choice, while supporting individuals to live meaningful and fulfilled lives.
