It's a busy and fast paced environment so you'll need to hit the ground running. Do you have a passion for design and enjoy working as part of a team, with a can do attitude, as well as confidence and experience in pitching for work, presentations, concept design, project running and on-site construction delivery? If so, this could be the role for you.
You’ll be working on a cross sector of projects with a focus on commercial workplace, higher education, student residential and PRS.
Ideally, you’ll be competent in Revit and capable of supporting more junior colleagues from interiors/architectural teams in the design process, from inception through to completion, whilst also working independently to take ownership of projects with relevant professional experience.

Key Skills:
- Competent in job running and experience leading the delivery of projects through all RIBA Stages
- Proven track record of complex projects within interior design
- Flexibility and ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to work independently on tasks as well as part of a team
- Proactive with a high level of productivity and self-motivation
- Good independent organisational skills/task management
- High quality of work
- Manage workload independently across multiple live projects
- Hand sketching to effectively communicate ideas
- Good knowledge of Revit and other design software
- Good knowledge of statutory instruments controlling design including current UK building regulations and compliance requirements
- Understanding of environmental implications in the design process
- Ability to develop bespoke creative concepts and space plans that meet client needs and brief
- Skilled in producing presentation packs including mood boards and the production of rendered visuals to portray the design intent
- Excellent product knowledge within commercial interior design, with good knowledge of developments in material and furniture product specification
- The ability to produce detailed specification documents and schedules
- Strong technical skills and the ability to communicate ideas through detailed drawing packages
- Confidence to build a rapport with clients, consultants, and supplier network across the span of projects
- Support of the marketing efforts of the team and practice as part of the team and independently
