Henlow John Moss, MBDA Manufacturing is ramping up to be battle ready. An opportunity has become available for someone to compose and lead a team, managing and delivering the future manufacturing investment across our Henlow and Stevenage manufacturing sites.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the physical transformation of our Henlow and Stevenage Manufacturing facilities. With our orderbook continuing to grow it is essential that MBDA is ready for the challenges of the future. This role plays a pivotal role preparing MBDA for a significant ramp up in manufacturing capacity and the implementation of new technology and ways of working. At Henlow this marks a major transformation of the site covering every aspect of site operation from land acquisition, to live-build missile assembly buildings including fit-out, storage solutions and utilities uplifts and its delivery requires successful coordination of a network of stakeholders including the MoD, the local council, and the Health and Safety Executive. At Stevenage the challenge is different, managing the investment activities covering inert-build missile assembly buildings including fit-out and storage solutions, ensuring this is fit for the development of new products and technologies now and into the future.
