Facilities Coordinator

Cambourne

We are seeking a highly visible, customer-focused Facilities Coordinator to act as the primary on‑site representative, delivering high‑quality facilities, hospitality and workplace support services.

This is a floor‑based role, requiring regular presence across the workplace to ensure a safe, compliant and welcoming environment for customers, visitors and stakeholders. You will coordinate integrated facilities services while maintaining exceptional customer experience standards.

What you'll do:

• Act as the first point of contact for all facilities and hospitality enquiries
• Maintain a visible presence through regular floor walks
• Coordinate day‑to‑day FM services including cleaning, waste, technical services and front of house
• Support meeting room management, room layouts and basic AV checks
• Manage visitor experience including reception cover and inductions
• Coordinate hospitality services, including ordering, set‑up and clear‑down
• Carry out weekly fire alarm testing and water flushing
• Support Health & Safety compliance, audits and contractor RAMS documentation
• Liaise with landlord, building management and service partners
• Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory and company requirements
