You'll be at the heart of our operations, maintaining and improving a diverse range of buildings, from our state-of-the-art facilities to historic Guildhall city-centre location.
As a valued member of our team, you'll tackle a wide variety of tasks, including planned maintenance, new installations, and essential repair work. You'll work primarily on our beautiful 400-acre campus, ensuring our staff, students, and the public have safe and reliable facilities.

We largely operate core hours Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm, but during periods of high demand the team is expected to work flexibly to ensure continuity of the. You will be part of an on-call rota team covering business critical issues out of hours and at weekends, with overtime paid in addition to the call out allowance for attendance on site.
We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual with a City and Guilds Level (or equivalent) in plumbing. You should be a great problem-solver, knowledgeable about health and safety, and committed to upholding our values.
