We're committed to excellence, driving us to continuously improve and adapt, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of our industry.W**hat You’ll Be Doing**As a Test Operative, you’ll be responsible for carrying out precise testing on hydraulic and mechanical assemblies in accordance with aviation standards. This includes:* Testing of hydraulic components using designated test facilities* Following detailed work instructions and specifications with accuracy* Ensuring traceability is maintained throughout the test process* Performing fault finding, strip down and repair of components* Supporting engineering and quality teams with investigations and project work* Carrying out self-inspections and ensuring components are ready for quality control checks* Completing all required documentation and maintaining accurate records* Adhering to strict health and safety and EH&S guidelines### **About You:**We’re looking for a detail-focused, technically skilled individual with experience in testing and assembly environments.
