Qualifications

• Experience in solar PV installation and O&M (MW-scale or large commercial ground-mount).
• Experience working remotely and in equipment fault diagnosis.
• Knowledge of battery storage technology, though training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage health and safety standards across the plants.
• Perform reactive maintenance and fault diagnosis promptly.
• Inspect and maintain plant and equipment according to best practices.

Skills

Technical understanding of AC, DC, SCADA, instrumentation and communications networks

Excellent communication skills, fluent written and spoken English

Approach to safe working practices

Education

Full UK driving licence

Approved Electrician

Inspection and testing qualifications (C&G 2391 or 2394/5)

Health & Safety qualifications (e.g. IOSH Managing Safely, SMSTS)
