Job summary

A leading global ratings agency in the United Kingdom is seeking a Contract Specialist to manage contract processes from start to finish. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of contract-related experience, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication abilities and attention to detail. This role plays a critical part in supporting sales teams while ensuring compliance with internal policies. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of contract-related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end contract process for renewals and new business.
  • Advise on optimal commercial approach and address contractual risks.
  • Draft all Tier 1 sales contracts and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate client data and ensure pricing correctness.
  • Lead collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Billing stakeholders.
  • Resolve internal and external client queries promptly.
