Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within food manufacturing or a similar production environment.
• Ability to travel within the UK and occasionally abroad.
• Hold a valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out dual responsibilities for Sourdough and Grains & Seeds.
• Produce lab samples & prototypes for customer trailing.
• Support the scale-up of products from lab to full-scale production.
