A thriving design company in Banbury is seeking a skilled Midweight Digital Designer to create stunning visuals across various digital platforms. In this role, you will deliver high-quality artwork for emails, websites, and social media, while working closely with the UX Designer and marketing teams. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in digital asset design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and excellent time management skills. This position offers a competitive salary of £27,000-£30,000, along with generous holiday leave and staff discounts.
THE OPPORTUNITY: Are you a talented Digital Designer ready to bring your creativity to life? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and love delivering stunning visuals? We’re looking for a Midweight Digital Designer to join our fun, fast-paced and collaborative team where your creativity and design skills will truly shine. You will deliver pixel perfect assets on time and to brief, understanding branding and campaigns for ecommerce environments, considering the customer journey and engagement at different online touch points. You will take responsibility for delivering artwork for use across various channels including emails, websites, social and affiliate marketing. If creative content is ever required, you would be the person on speed dial. You will be based at our Head Office in Banbury with the freedom to work from home two days a week on average, this may flex up or down dependant on business needs. During your induction period, you will be encouraged to come in to our Banbury Head Office every day.
