Eliot is seeking a Case Manager to join our team in providing Respite services to adults with serious and persistent mental illnesses. Eliot’s Respite program is a short term restorative service that assists clients with obtaining and maintaining community living. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing This person will provide case management and coordination for 8-12 consumers. Our ideal candidate will have the skills to establish supportive relationships, excellent communication, crisis management and problem solving skills.
