Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Software development of complex applications.
• Team Lead experience using Agile methodology.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture including AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud.
• Experience in Geology domain especially Oil and Gas.
• Experience with LLMs and/or AI as part of a solution.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers and testers for cloud and on-premises applications.
• Act as first point of escalation to ensure team maintains development velocity.
• Communicate and escalate issues clearly and timely.
