A vibrant educational institution in Newbury seeks a creative individual to lead a youth club for boarding students. Responsibilities include planning engaging activities, fostering a safe and fun atmosphere, and serving as a positive role model. The ideal candidate will possess experience or interest in youth work and excellent organizational skills. This is a chance to make a significant impact in young people's lives during evenings, working 14 hours per week in a term-time schedule.
Hours: 14 hours per week (2-3 evenings) during the school's 37 weeks (term times only)
Times: 5pm - 9.30pm (flexibility offered)
