Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a highways or public realm environment.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 forms of contract.
• Commercial acumen and ability to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial and Finance Manager in delivering commercial strategy.
• Manage commercial lifecycle of contracts from forecasting to final accounts.
• Lead subcontract management including procurement and settlements.

Skills

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in highways or public realm

Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 forms of contract

Commercial acumen

Stakeholder management skills

Strong IT skills (Excel, Word)

Education

Chartered (MRICS/MCInstCES) or working towards it
