JUNIOR SCHOOL CLASSROOM TEACHER & MATHS SUBJECT LEAD

Full Time

Required from September 2026

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior School Classroom Teacher and Maths Subject Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will likely teach at KS2, while also playing a key role in the development and delivery of high-quality mathematics teaching throughout the whole Junior School (EYFS to Year 6).

This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about nurturing pupils’ mathematical understanding and keen to help shape the strategic direction of the subject. The role would suit someone who thrives in a warm, child-centred independent school environment, values collaboration, and is eager to contribute positively to wider school life.

Responsibilities
  • Teach at KS2 and provide leadership for Maths across the Junior School (EYFS to Year 6).
  • Develop and deliver high-quality mathematics teaching and implementing strategic direction for the subject.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to wider school life within a warm, child-centred environment.
