Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
• Experience in construction site safety or a design-based discipline.
• A NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Leading medium to complex CDM and Principal Designer commissions.
• Managing design risk coordination and chairing workshops.
• Providing technical advice to clients and design teams.

Skills

Knowledge of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015

Experience in construction site safety

Leadership in CDM projects

Commercial and financial management understanding

Self-motivated and efficient

Education

NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety
