As a Brand Field Trainer, you’ll have the opportunity to directly impact the growth and success of Taco Bell’s European franchise network. You’ll be responsible for delivering training programs that ensure consistency with Taco Bell’s standards across multiple markets. This role offers exciting opportunities to collaborate with franchisees, help support new market openings, and drive the development of high‑performing teams.
You’ll report to the Training Manager and play a key role in supporting Taco Bell’s expanding presence across Europe.
Lead training initiatives for franchise and corporate teams, ensuring alignment with Taco Bell’s global standards and operational goals.
Support new market openings by creating and delivering training plans tailored to each market’s specific needs.
Collaborate with franchisees to identify training gaps and customize training content to meet operational needs.
Use Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track training progress, report results, and manage training materials.
Continuously evaluate training effectiveness, collect feedback, and adjust programs to improve learning outcomes.
Assist with people development initiatives, focusing on leadership development and career progression for franchise teams.
Coordinate with HR and regional teams to schedule and track training progress across locations.
