This is a high-energy, entry-level role where attitude, resilience, and consistency matter more than experience.

What You’ll Do 📋
  • ☎️ Make high-volume outbound calls to UK businesses to start commercial conversations
  • 🗣️ Speak with gatekeepers and decision makers to identify opportunities
  • 📄 Request and collect commercial energy bills (gas, electricity, water)
  • 🧠 Ask effective questions to understand renewal dates, suppliers, and business needs
  • 💾 Accurately record information in our CRM system (HubSpot)
  • 📩 Pass fully qualified opportunities to the Corporate Pricing team
  • 🎯 Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly activity and quality targets
  • 🤝 Work closely with your Team Manager and colleagues to improve performance
