Qualifications

• Experience supervising both direct labour and subcontractors, including civils.
• Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and safe systems of work.
• Commitment to quality, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery of on-site installation and engineering activities.
• Manage performance of subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and programme expectations.
• Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks ensuring compliance with PPE standards.
