Qualifications

  • Proven track record in a dedicated ED&I, inclusion or wellbeing role within a complex, multi-site organisation.
  • Experience designing and delivering inclusion strategies with measurable impact.
  • Hands-on experience with UK reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the Inclusion, Equity and Wellbeing strategy.
  • Leverage workforce data and metrics to identify priorities.
  • Influence investment through compelling business cases.

Skills

Expertise in ED&I, inclusion or wellbeing
