What will you be doing?

• Visit and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients across the South region, understanding their needs and providing tailored automation solutions.
• Plan and execute a territory strategy to maximise sales opportunities and expand market presence.
• Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the benefits of Beninca's automation technologies.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes that strengthen customer loyalty.
• Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential threats.
• Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and territory insights to senior management.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and address any service issues promptly.
• Represent the Beninca brand professionally, upholding high standards both externally and internally.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and build lasting relationships.
• A self‑motivated and target‑driven individual with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule with excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools; experience with Sage Line 50 is a plus.
• Valid and clean UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the South territory.
• Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
